Working Principle

The slurry is fed into the sparkler filter housing where it passes through filter media mounted on horizontal plates. The solid particles are retained on the filter media, forming a cake, while the filtered liquid passes through the plates and exits the system.

The zero hold-up design ensures that almost all liquid is recovered, minimizing product loss and improving process efficiency.
