Bag Filter 

Bag filter system is used for filtration of wide variety  of liquid  in process Industry .Liquid bag filter have large filtration area so it can filter low viscous to high viscous liquid as well. Bag filter is constructed of filter housing, filter bags, internal cage to support bags, positive sealing arrangement, & choice of end connections. The internal support ensures bags will not burst as high differential pressures build up during operation.

Magnetic Filter 

Magnetic filtration, also known as magnetic separation, allows for fluid to flow around a magnetic rod or core. This magnet attracts ferrous particles and removes them from the fluid, ensuring that clean fluids are returned to the contact area either on a machine tool or wash system.

 

When the magnetic core becomes saturated with ferrous contamination, it can then be easily cleaned.

Auto-Backwash Self Cleaning Filter 

The Automatic Self Cleaning filter has SS/MS Housing with inlet and outlet nozzle. The equipment will be designed as per ASME .Filter element is provided with sufficient filtration area to handle contaminants. It is supported by the suitable stiffeners to take care of differential pressure across the element.

The flow takes place from inlet nozzle through the filter element to the outlet nozzle i.e. from inside to outside of the filter element vice versa. The dirt starts collecting over the filter element over the period of time. This increases the differential pressure drop across the filter element. When sufficient pressure drop is reached across the filter element, differential pressure switch which is set at a predefined pressure activates the motor and the electrically operated drain valve. The motor is fitted with the rotating arm with brush for cleaning dirt attached to the filter element. The opening of the electrically actuated drain valve back flushes the dirt out thereby cleaning the filter element. This whole process of back flushing and cleaning of filter element takes place without stopping the filtration process.

Automatic Self-Cleaning Filter Is fitted with the Control Panel with various options such as:

• Increase or decrease the differential pressure or pressure setting.

• Changing the draining timing.

• Manual or forced draining.

If the filter element gets completely clogged, it is removed by opening the housing flanges, cleaned by flushing water in the reverse direction manually and refitted once again.

Sintered   Filter 

Sintering is a process for making element from its base material in powder form .They are made by mixing elemental or alloy powders and compacting the mixture in a die, the resultant shapes are then sintered or heated in a controlled atmosphere furnace to bond the particles. Sintering is traditionally used for manufacturing ceramic objects and after that it is used for filtration application. Due to sintering process, particles join with each other and form a porous structure which allow any fluid , air or gas to pass through without disturbing its structure. This structure is robust in nature to handle particle above stipulated micron rating. Such elements are back washed some time for cleaning purpose to remove deposited particle load. These sintered solid filters are able to withstand very high differential pressure across the filters.
